This month’s book club selection. Seriously. We’re reading it in tandem with her daughter’s book sTory Telling by Tory Spelling. Catchy titles. The idea is to read two accounts of one mother-daughter relationship and then leap into a juicy discussion of mother-daughter relationships in general. Mrs. Spelling clearly dictated this to the voice-recognition software on her computer and bypassed all that pesky editing and proof-reading. See my comments on the Carrie Fisher book I read recently.
