Louisa Clark takes a job caring for Will, a quadriplegic, bossy, crabby, and ready to end his life. Yes, she falls in love with him. Yes, he falls in love with her. And YES, he chooses to die in the end. Ugh. Why did I read this? I can’t say what I would do in his position and I don’t have an opinion of his choice. This book read like a love story, not a treatise on the right to die. But somehow, that made the ending worse. Wish I hadn’t.
