A Grave Talent
Laurie King wrote the Sherlock Holmes/Mary Russell book I was just loving (see below). This the first in a contemporary series featuring San Francisco Police Detective Kate Martinelli. Didn’t love it like the Holmes/Russell books, but once again King is a very deft write who hits at the points a police procedural should. I’ll read the next one.
