It Chooses You by Miranda July. Avoiding the completion of years’ work on a screenplay, July calls advertisers from the local PennySaver and asks them if they’d be willing to be interviewed. This is her collection of photos, transcripts and thoughts from those visits. LOVED it. It’s weird, but she is so compassionate and honest; it’s a lovely trip.
