The Thought That Counts

A Firsthand Account of One Teenager’s Experience with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder by Jared Douglas Kant.  I really liked the format of this book.  Kant reflects candidly on the challenges he’s faced accepting and managing the OCD that came upon him with force by age 11.  He writes to young people who think they may have OCD and offers them clear advice and hope.  Part of a series called Adolescent Mental Health Initiative.
