Oh, why does my handy-dandy Amazon widgit give me this cover to show you? Find Marijka Kostiw’s kickin’ orange and black 60’s mod cover. Now THAT’S a great book cover. Read this book as a preview for possibly handing it to Ben. I’m not sure he’ll love it b/c it is strictly realistic fiction and he’s a fantasy man. But as a honest piece of fiction for young teens, easy to recommend. Told in the first-person by Steve Alper, this book could make any awkward 13-year old boy who’s suffered feel like he’s found a friend.
