Whew.  This one is a hard read:  short interwoven stories about a coastal Maine town and its inhabitants, mainly angry Olive Kitteridge.  Strout goes so deeply into her characters loneliness and pain.  OUCH.  When Olive’s son, Christopher moves across the country and stops calling, I thought I might not be able to finish the book.

Introducing Aunt Dimity, Paranormal Detective

The first two books in a quirky series by Nancy Atherton.  Charming, silly.  Maybe like watching Murder She Wrote?  I love the English garden settings.
